Something about spring just makes you want to sit a little longer at the table, right? Maybe it's the light, maybe it's the mood — or maybe it's the fact that we've just launched a whole new seasonal menu and there's a lot to get excited about. 🌸
The Aussie pies are still here, still as good as ever. But this season, we've built a full supporting cast of drinks and homemade desserts that are very much worth the visit on their own.
Here's what's new.

HAVE YOU MET UBE?
If not, allow us to introduce you. Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines — naturally sweet, gently nutty, and one of those ingredients that looks as good as it tastes. It's completely natural and vegan, and it's packed with antioxidants and vitamins A and C. The flavour is subtle enough that we pair it with a touch of vanilla syrup, which rounds everything out beautifully.
The Ube Vanilla Latte is warm, creamy and gently sweet — the kind of drink you order once and immediately think about ordering again. It works with or without espresso, depending on how you're feeling. Oh, and it's currently trending across cafés in France. Just saying. 😎
If the sun's out, go for the Iced Ube Vanilla Latte — same dreamy flavour, served cold, with that signature purple colour that makes everyone at the next table curious.

MORE NEW SPRING DRINKS
Cold Brew — We cold brew our coffee overnight for a smooth, low-acidity result. It comes served cold over ice with a slice of orange. Simple, clean, and really good.
Cold Brew Tonic — The Cold Brew meets tonic water. Fizzy, refreshing, and surprisingly elegant.
Red Espresso Tonic — Espresso, tonic water and blackcurrant juice. Bold, a little fruity, and genuinely unlike anything else on the menu. One of our favourites this season.
Iced Mango Matcha — Bright, tropical and the perfect bridge between winter and spring.
Selfmade Rhubarb Lemonade — Made in-house with our own rhubarb syrup and fresh lemon juice. Tart, refreshing and exactly what a warm afternoon calls for.

TIME FOR DESSERTS
Kirsch–Mohn Kuchen — A vegan cherry and poppy seed cake, served with a raspberry sauce on the plate. Understated from the outside, genuinely lovely once you taste it.
Rhubarb Apple Crumble with White Chocolate — Also vegan — yes, including the white chocolate. Warm fruit, crumble topping, a touch of something sweet and unexpected. Even better with a scoop of ice cream, if you're in that kind of mood. 🍨

Come find us at one of our cafés in Bonn. The spring menu is here now — and knowing how these things go, it won't stick around forever. 🌷
